Poodle Rottweiler Mix
Also searched as Rottle
A Poodle Rottweiler mix is a cross between a Poodle and a Rottweiler. Most grow into large dogs of 60–100 lb and live 10–14 years.

Photos show the purebred parents. There is no single look for a mix: puppies in one litter can resemble either side.
How big does a Poodle Rottweiler Mix get?
Pounds. The dark band is where most Poodle Rottweiler Mix dogs end up; the light band is the full range between the smallest and largest parent.
Height runs 20–26 inches at the shoulder, against 18–24 in for the Standard Poodle and 22–27 in for the Rottweiler.
Size figures assume a Standard Poodle parent, the size closest to the Rottweiler. A different poodle size moves the whole range.
Coat, energy and training
Poodle has a low-shedding coat, so some puppies shed little. It is not guaranteed: coat type varies even within one litter, and no dog is truly hypoallergenic.
Daily walks and some play are enough for most of these dogs.
The Poodle rates very high and the Rottweiler moderate; a puppy may lean either way.
Brush a couple of times a week.
Temperament
The Poodle is usually described as active, proud, very smart. The Rottweiler as loyal, loving, confident guardian. A mix can take after either parent or land in between. If you can, meet both parents of a puppy before you choose.
