Rottweiler Cocker Spaniel Mix
A Rottweiler Cocker Spaniel mix is a cross between a Rottweiler and a Cocker Spaniel. Most grow into large dogs of 50–80 lb and live 10–12 years.

Photos show the purebred parents. There is no single look for a mix: puppies in one litter can resemble either side.
How big does a Rottweiler Cocker Spaniel Mix get?
Pounds. The dark band is where most Rottweiler Cocker Spaniel Mix dogs end up; the light band is the full range between the smallest and largest parent.
Height runs 18–21 inches at the shoulder, against 22–27 in for the Rottweiler and 13.5–15.5 in for the Cocker Spaniel. The parents differ a lot in size, so litters vary more than usual. Breeders normally use the larger breed as the mother to keep whelping safe.
Coat, energy and training
Neither parent has a low-shedding coat, so expect dog hair around the house and seasonal heavy shedding.
Daily walks and some play are enough for most of these dogs.
The Rottweiler rates moderate and the Cocker Spaniel very high; a puppy may lean either way.
Brush a couple of times a week.
Temperament
The Rottweiler is usually described as loyal, loving, confident guardian. The Cocker Spaniel as gentle, smart, happy. A mix can take after either parent or land in between. If you can, meet both parents of a puppy before you choose.
